CLEAR WELL S/R
Below are the instructions for applying CLEAR WELL S/R (sediment remover)as well as its MSDS information.
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix 12 lbs. of S/R with 50 gal. of water and 2 lbs. of chlorine, mix to a solution and pour solution into well, do not pour any granules into the well that settle in the bottom of mixing container.
After 3 to 4 hours, displace enough water to push the chemical back into the formation.
Agitate the well every 30 min. for 2 to 3 hours and then let it sit in the well for 24 hrs. After 24 hrs., agitate the well every 10 minutes for 30 minutes and then pump well out.
After treatment is over and you’ve got the results you expected, chlorinate the well and force chlorine back into the formation and let sit for 12 hrs.
Sometimes a second treatment is needed during serious conditions.
One Application = 12lbs. of Clear Well S/R
4″ Well – 1 application / 6″ Well – 2 Applications / 8″ Well – 3 Applications / 10″ Well – 4 Applications, Etc
These applications are good for any well with up to 400′ of standing water.
For wells over 400′ of standing water, use twice the recommended doses.

Methods For Cleaning Up
